User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, send an email to:

Please include the following details so we can verify and process your request quickly:

• Your full name.
• The email address and phone number associated with your lead or account.
• The organization or dealership you interacted with, if known.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.

2. What we delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you, including:

• Contact details (name, email, phone number).
• Lead form responses and submitted information.
• Communication notes, timeline events, and messages.
• Appointment, deal, and opportunity records linked to you.
• Marketing preferences and campaign history.

3. Information we may retain

We may need to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. When retention is required, we will limit the data to the minimum necessary and keep it only for the required period.

4. Processing time

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address you provide.

5. Data deletion for Meta Lead Ads users

If you submitted a lead form through a Meta Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram, your information is stored in the Montalvo Network Hub CRM. You can request deletion of that data by emailing us at the address above. We will also honor any data deletion request routed through Meta's platforms when identified and authorized.
