Montalvo Car Sales SMS communications are operated by Latino Solar Corp. Users opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox when submitting a vehicle inquiry or appointment request form.

SMS messages are limited to responses to vehicle inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, requested vehicle availability updates, delivery coordination, and customer service follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is collected separately from Privacy Policy acceptance, Terms and Conditions, and any other consent. Users may submit a vehicle inquiry or appointment request without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our services. Users may request information by phone or email instead.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Typical volume is fewer than ten messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. The user's mobile carrier standard rates apply to every message sent or received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. The user will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number.

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
